I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an incredible experience. The location of this place is unbeatable, as it is directly at the ski slopes and next to the cable car station. It made it so convenient for me to hit the slopes and enjoy some skiing without any hassle. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to keep me comfortable, as well as a cozy sitting area and a dining table for added convenience. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

we were there for 5 days, but room was not cleaned at all... no fresh towels or toilet paper or garbage thrown away... nothing...

Location, personnel and rooms are very good

The apartments were really comfortable and spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who want to save money. The location was great, in a lively area with plenty of food options and near tourist attractions. The view was amazing, we could see stunning mountains from the balcony. But the best part was the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and gave us excellent recommendations for local places to visit.

There were a few things that could be improved. The cleaning could have been more detailed, especially in hard-to-reach areas.

This is new and modern hotel as well. It's offer to your family all that you need for comfortable vacation. I'm fully satisfied with this choice.

We had a great stay at this hotel near the city center and the ski slopes. Clean rooms, great hotel facilities, convenient parking, and friendly staff. It's a perfect location for ski lovers as the hotel is just next to the Mariborsko Pohorje gondola and close to other ski resorts. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the hotel nearby.

During New Year's Eve, I enjoyed the spacious and clean apartment, with a great balcony and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the location was also ideal, close to skiing facilities and restaurants.

Guests appreciate the air conditioning, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is commendable.

The service leaves something to be desired, particularly when it comes to the staff’s availability.
